Stock Plan Administrator

The Equity Compensation and Resources division of CompIntelligence is growing and would love to have you be the next member of our team. We have assignments that range from high-level stock plan consulting to junior-level, stock plan administration activities. These assignments can be temporary or full-time, and onsite or remote. There are many opportunities throughout the United States.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks may include:

  • Stock plan administration and/or management activities
  • Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
  • Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients’ plans
  • Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs
  • Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
  • Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
  • SEC, audit and external reporting activities/support
  • Participant education and training activities/support
  • New plan roll outs and communications
  • Management of projects activities/support
  • Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
  • Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
  • CPA or CEP candidates, nice to have
  • Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency and experience with industry software
  • Client first mentality
  • Detail orientated
  • Problem solver
