CompIntelligence is currently looking for a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator for a a contract position. Ideal candidates will be able to autonomously manage the day-to-day equity administration process and be knowledgeable in the BAML system. Familiarity with proxy and form filing is preferred.
The Equity Compensation and Resources division of CompIntelligence is growing and would love to have you be the next member of our team. We have assignments that range from high-level stock plan consulting to junior-level, stock plan administration activities. These assignments can be temporary or full-time, and onsite or remote.
