The CompIntelligence Consulting Practice is growing! We are looking for candidates with high energy, creativity, and forward-thinking finance and technology skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced FinTech consulting organization.
Working within the overall CompIntelligence methodology, you will design, implement, and support Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems for our clients, providing industry insight and driving greater efficiency in finance and accounting for financial consolidations, planning, and forecasting processes.
If you have a foundation in finance, accounting, and/or tax, are adept at technology, enjoy collaborating with accomplished, dedicated colleagues, and have experience with OneStream, CompIntelligence is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide finance and accounting expertise for OneStream Platform implementations for mid-sized to Fortune 500 clients.
- Learn and apply CompIntelligence's OneStream implementation methodology.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Work with Architects and Consultants on financial consolidation and planning solutions.
- Create metadata and workflows connecting ERP systems to reporting.
- Build financial reports and dashboards.
- Implement Office of the CFO solutions including Cash Flow, Tax Provisioning, Account Reconciliation, Specialty Planning, and OneStream Marketplace solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit.
- 1+ year of experience working with OneStream.
- MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- Strong technology background and interest in financial applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, EPBCS, Tagetik, Host/Planful, or similar platforms.

Support stock plan administration for client equity compensation programs, including participant inquiries, reporting, reconciliations, and plan operations.
Job Description
CompIntelligence is looking for experienced stock plan administrators to support our clients. This role supports internal stock plan administration needs for one or two high-activity clients. Client assignments may transition throughout the year.
Opportunities may be available for salaried employees, hourly employees, or independent contractors.
We work with hundreds of clients each year to support their equity plan staffing needs and welcome professionals with experience in stock plan administration.
Responsibilities
- Stock plan administration and management activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to equity compensation.
- Work with stock plan software and industry vendors.
- Support stock plan financial reporting.
- Perform stock plan reconciliations.
- Assist with SEC, audit, and external reporting.
- Support participant education and training.
- Assist with new plan rollouts and communications.
- Support project management activities.
- Maintain and improve client policies and procedures.
- Support additional stock plan initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 2 to 15+ years of stock plan administration experience.
- ECA or CEP candidates preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with stock plan administration software is a plus.
- Strong client-service mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
